Hi there,

You say you have an iPhone 6S Plus, but the forum says you're using an iPhone 6 Plus (the non S variant). As such, I believe you actually have an iPhone 6 Plus, not 6S, but you can verify which iPhone you have by visiting the following link:

The next link lists all iOS 14 compatible iPhones, but to summarize, the iPhone 6S can run iOS 14, but the iPhone 6 can't.
