There is no add button in my wallet

Just to make sure we're on the same page, did you have a chance to go through the steps outlined in the "If the (+) button is missing in Wallet" part of the link we provided in our initial reply?

"If you don't see the add button when you open the Wallet app, your device might be set to the wrong region. First, make sure you're in a country or region that supports Apple Pay." More about which countries and regions support Apple Pay here: Countries and regions that support Apple Pay

You can also confirm that the correct region is selected for your device by going to Settings > General > Language & Region > Region, then select your region and tap "Done."
