Make sure that you mark your device as “lost” using https://icloud.com/find

Then, keep an eye on FindMe.

IF you device is ever POWERED UP (even if it’s still “off-network”) approximate geo-location may still be possible via Apple’s “Offline Finding” feature.

If it is offline, you cannot track it. Report the theft to the police and to your carrier.
