Finding lost iPhone

So I have to sign into iCloud and then do the two factor authentication. But that requires I have my iPhone.

Does anyone see a problem with this?

How can I sign into iCloud to find my iPhone using two factor authentication, when my phone is lost? When your iPhone is lost, and you try to log into iCloud to use the Find My iPhone app, but the login page asks you to authenticate your login by entering the 6-digit code they sent to your iPhone... What's the solution? (Note: I did find my phone on my own, but I'm worried about next time!)

Easy solution.

”Find” is essential.

And if doing this from somebody else’s device … be sure to select “Use another AppleID”

With only your AppleID and password you can locate and if needed disable any device.
