What is the best way to scan a photo with iPhone?

I used to take photos of photographs but the results were less than favorable. What are your suggestions for using the Notes app to scan a photo? What filters work best? What is a good workflow for results I can import into the Photos app?

Thank you.

Hey HotelDan

We understand you're wanting to know information about scanning photos using the Notes app. To scan a photo, open the Notes app > create or open an existing note > tap the camera icon > tap Scan Documents > at the top tap the Filter icon (3 circles) > tap Photo.

For more information on scanning documents using Notes app, review this article: How to scan documents on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Cheers.
