Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I need help with my contacts transferring from my old to new phone. It’s not worth keeping this phone if contacts won’t transfer. Both phones are active with the same Apple ID. I have googled and followed all instructions. Nothing…frustrated
What have you done to try to sync the contacts?
Are you syncing the contacts to iCloud? If you are, try going to iCloud.com using a computer browser to see if the items are there and which device they are from. That should show which device isn't syncing. On the device that isn't syncing, go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud and disable syncing. After a couple of minutes, turn syncing on. Allow time for the sync to complete. As a last resort, you can also try signing out of iCloud and then sign in again.
