I have a question about add a new method payment by add new debit card to my Apple ID.

I’m trying to change the country and region in my Apple ID account but they won’t let me do it because I wanna add a new payment method to my account They told me that I can’t do at this time.

please I need help as soon as possible

If you are trying to change the payment method before you change the country and region, that may be causing the rejection. Make the country/region change and then change the payment method.

If that isn't what you are doing, when are you trying to add the payment method?
