problem
there were multiple apple id accounts on this device but i have to log in to a new one but somehow i can’t even though both my password and username is correct (i’ve been doing this for three days straight)
What happens when you try? Error message(s)?
Sign into iCloud using the same Apple ID on another Apple device/computer. You should then be able to sign in.
