Thanks very much for providing this response. The problem occurs when I start to type a name into the TO: field of an email and it auto-fills with one or more addresses that are not relevant. Since I have have not sent emails to those addresses, I am not sure why they pop up into the TO: field and I don't find those addresses using the sequence of Previous Recipients. Any other thoughts? My email server at work is an outlook server if that matters.
Ones you send to, or eMail accounts of yours?
There's also...
Mail>Window>Previous Recipients, highlight the ones you don't want & click the Remove from list button.
