bought phone off of FB iphone S6 long story short they said it was unlocked it wasnt still tied to an apple id i watched youtube video now it says unable to activate ive tried getting a hold of "original" owner but they r noi longer on FB is there anything i can do

Are you seeing an Activation Lock? If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
