I am getting the restore message on my iPhone 6s after attempting update, it says to connect to your Mac computer. I don’t have a Functioning Mac so what other options are there to restore IOS?

If you haven't backed up your phone, the is no option to restore your iPhone. That means you have to reset your iPhone completely. (As far as I know)
