Watch stuck on 38 mm aluminum case screen after unsuccessful update , can’t pair phone

After trying to update my watch got stuck on this screen, when you click screen it says continue set up on iPhone but my phone un-paired from the watch and won’t come up to re-pair

After talking to support they had me factory reset my watch (Press and hold the Digital Crown and side button at the same time until the screen turns black, then release. When the Apple logo appears, please press and hold only the side button until they see Erase All Content and Settings and then erase the Apple Watch. This might take 20-30 seconds.) once I factory reset it & set it up again; it works!
