How to turn off two factor authentication code

If you enabled 2FA within the last two weeks you can turn it off using the link in the confirmation email. If you enabled it more than two weeks ago, or bought a device with it already enabled, you cannot turn it off.

Tatiana's post above reads 'do not disconnect better. My iPhone was stolen and I did not have two-factor authentication, as a result, all banking applications were hacked'. This is good advice. 2FA can be irritating sometimes but it can protect your account and vital data.
