i forgot icloud password please read

i know birthday date but forgot answers of the questions. is there anything to do? i have box of the phone imei and date of the icloud owner. help me please i dont know what to do in my country there is no official apple support service . please help its my grandpas phone

You would need to follow these steps to reset your security questions. (I presume this is what you mean by "forgot answers of the questions")

If these steps did not work for you, you'll need to contact Apple's Security Team in your location.
