Stop IPads Synchronising with other IPads of mine and my apple phoe?
How can I stop my old Ipad copying all the photos from my new Ipad as this is making it memory full and I just want to use it for one app activity

On the iPad that you do not want to synchronise with your Photo Library, you simply need to disable Photos in iCloud:
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photos - switch to OFF
