Where are the settings located in the App Store?

Those controls are in the Settings app. Open the Settings app and scroll down to App Store. Click and all of the controls are there with On/Off switches. They all have a short description under them. The setting that you want is all the way to the bottom.

The problem is that I accidentally made my IPad Pro (2nd generation) delete apps that I am not using by itself and it tells me I have to go to the app store settings to change this. I am a novice and I can’t find the settings in the app store. I also, don’t know what to do if I get in the settings.
