Where are the screen recordings saved? My recording isn’t showing up on my desktop like my screen shots do.

I just took a screen recording and now I can’t find it! Any suggestions?

Are you maybe holding Control key wilst starting recording?

How have you searched for them?

Screenshots are saved as .png files and screen recordings are saved as .mov files. Filenames begin with “Screen Shot” or “Screen Recording” and include the date and time.
