- The Find My service is the only recovery feature Apple offers. It MUST be set up before the device is lost. If you did not do that it is too late to do it now and there is no other feature Apple offers that can help you find it.

Hi my phone has recently been stolen that still has all my information on it I have the imei number but somehow they turned off my find my iPhone and I tried reporting it lost but it kept saying pending so I guess it never worked
