what are the steps i should follow to activate my free 1 year apple tv plus because i cannot find the option to do it. My 3 month period to activate it ends in 4 days

Hi Everyone,
I bought apple silicon as Mac mini last month. I did not see the pop-up window to claim free 1 year after I did log-in and entered the payment method. I am not sure whether they will charge me the subscription fee or not ?
Please help.

It still asking me to choose the options to pay 1 month or 1 year. i did not see any pop-up window to claim it.
