Disabled iphone After my iPhone was attacked and later disabled, I spent many desperate hours searching for ways to gain access. I finally gave up and accepted that everything was lost. I took out the SIM card to put it in my new phone and was able to access everything on my disabled phone. I haven’t put the original SIM card back in to see if I can airdrop or send pictures, but at least I was able to get access to my unsaved contacts and other important documents. I have enabled iCloud on my new phone.

You will need to restore the phone using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…
