Disabled Iphone

I haven't used my phone for 2 years. now I am trying to reuse it. but it says iPhone is disabled and connect to Itunes. ı did but it just made an update then it turned back to disabled mode. It didn't open

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

no its not about the password its because i wasn’t using it for quite a long time
