New phone not receiving calls or texts

We're glad to hear all of your data transferred, but we understand you're having a bit of an issue making and receiving both calls and texts.

Since both text and calls are affected, it sounds like there may be an issue with carrier activation.

If you go to Settings > General > About, does it ask you to install a new update from your carrier? If not, do you see your carrier details listed under "Primary" and "Network"?

Is the iPhone in Airplane mode in Settings > Airplane Mode? If so, you will not be able to receive calls or texts until it is disabled.
