Apple ID problem

Hello after I restored couple of times my iPhone because of issues now it’s locked and it’s not activated but the iPhone is linked with my own Apple ID but now when I trying to activate will not activate my Apple ID is correct my password is correct but it’s not opening when i logging in to my Apple ID with the computer even it’s not showing that the iPhone is in my list its very strange before the issue I logged in with my Apple ID to phone now I want to know what is the problem?

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork.

Request additional support for unlocking your device

Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened). Call the store before going to make sure they can help.
