I don’t have my serial number
I don’t have my watch box and my watch won’t turn. On so I can’t get my serial number but I need repair.

If the watch is not paired however, then contact Support anyway and they maight be able to assis you.
For support cover point of view, knowing the model number gives some idea already, as far as standard support goes.
