Deleted messages on iphone

I recently got a new ipod and when setting it up I scanned my iphone to set it up. When going to put music on the ipod, I had to delete all my text messages, not realizing they would delete on my phone. I reset my ipod because I realize I didn't want the two linked and now I don't have any of my messages.

I deleted all my photos on the ipod, as well, but they didn't delete on my phone and both are synced to my icloud.

I've tried loading an old icloud backup and using every data recover app I could find to try and get them back but nothing has worked. Is there anything I can do to get them back, it may sound dumb but those messages where really important to me.
