How to add more app suggestions in share sheet

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you want to change your options in your share sheet. You can change your options in the share sheet by opening the share sheet and choosing Edit Actions at the bottom, then + by any apps you want to add to your share sheet, then click Done. If the app you want to add to your share sheet is not listed as an option, then it is not able to be added. There may be other ways to share your content, like copying and pasting or directly in the app you want to share to. You can also check your privacy settings to make sure you allow sharing in those apps. Learn more here: About privacy and Location Services in iOS and iPadOS.

Is there no way to add apps not in suggestions??? There is no swiping function. There are only suggested app choices. I want to add an option. For example, if I copy a YouTube link, I cannot share to Instragram; it is not listed. For work purposes this is imperative. Any advice? Sande

I asked about not being able to add app to share suggestions and gave an example of wanting to share YouTube with Instagram. It appears I didn't note the size limitation. The video I was challenged with was over 60 secs, which is probably why I could not share to Instagram. Sorry. But helps me understand. Thanks. Sande

If those apps are not available as an option in the share sheet they are not available. Not all apps will be available for sharing through the share sheet. You can reach out to the app developer for further help: How to contact an app developer.
