Unknown square moving in my screen


I have a problem with my iphone screen.there is like a square and rectangle that keeps moving.how can i rid out of this.i need help pls..

Some Thoughts:

Please take a screenshot and record your screen. Do you still get these errors? If it’s standalone in the screenshot, it’s the iOS. If its still occurring in the video, it’s the iOS.


A few Questions:

  • Have you recently installed updates?
  • Have you had you screen replaced?
  • Does this occur on just one device?
  • Does this occur on just on App?

You screen is having pixelation errors. So, that means it is time for a new screen.


Get this Serviced:

Contact Apple, or an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider), asking for assistance.


Contact Apple:


Contacting an AASP: 

  1. Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
  2. Click: Service & Support
  3. Enter: your location information
  4. See: if there is an AASP nearby
  5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the iPhone
