Mac Mini (M1)

I have a new mac mini (M1) I am experiencing many issues. Text file just gets the coloured wheel spinning and never opens. Pages opened and then spinning wheel. Finder freezes, iCloud drive does not open - loading with small b&w wheel and never opens. I am basically unable to use any apps.

Quite disappointed as this is a brand new mac mini. Any assistance will be appreciated

M1 MacBook Pro Freezing Hi, My M1 MacBook Pro freezes when moving files from one location to another. When I move a file from my Desktop to a folder in my Documents, finder freezes and loads but the file won't actually move. After a few tries the folder/file will move but that is with the freezing that comes with it. I have deleted ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist and restarted my mac but I still get the same issue. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Finder freezes on macOS 11.3.1 An application like Finder crashes as soon as try to change the folder. It seems to not respond and becomes completely unresponsive. Updated macOS to 11.3.1 on 4-5-2021. Not able to shut down or restart even after quitting it forcefully. Also observed Applications like Firefox and Outlook freezing when trying to attach a document or video. Finder freezes, when clicked on Box drive folder.
