Right, looks like the battery is OK then, but the software or even firmware is out of order. Or there is some other hardware malfunction preventing it to power up properly. My recommendation is to have it serviced, and/or start thinking of a new one.

apple watch is dead and shows sign that it is charging but won’t turn on. i have tried: force restart, unpairing from phone, holding buttons forever, letting it die and charging for two days, can’t restore from itunes cuz it’s dead, and even more.
