Server stopped responding iPhone 12

This happens periodically throughout the day only on this device. My iPhone 11 work phone & laptops all work fine. i have tried all the fixes & problem reoccurs. I contacted apple & after trying to troubleshoot they sent me a replacement phone. That was awesome but it’s still happening so I got a replacement SIM & it’s still happening. Any ideas? I would blame my carrier or internet providers but all other devices are working just fine. I really appreciate your help!

Getting "server is not responding" or "the site can't be reached" in my iPhone Very frequently when I am searching or reading on the internet and I click a link, I will get a long delay and then a message that the "server is not respnoding" or that "the site can't be reached. iPad 6th gen iOS 12.4 Server not responding I have a new (few months) iPad 6th generation with iOS 12.4. I can’t get through a day without dealing with extremely slow page loading if at all. Have reset network settings multiple times and cleared history and website data. Now, even right after resetting network settings and rebooting I still have problems. Help, please!
