I have lost all activity data from my watch

Is there a way of retrieving all activity data that has now disappeared from both Apple Watch and iPhone!

Apple Watch activity data How can I recover lost activity achievement and data? last week I restored my iPhone after it was rebooting on the apple logo. After which I realize I had to repair my watch, so I erased and reset. I then realized all of my Apple Watch data was lost, 1 year of my activity and workouts. I DID NOT Back up my phone recently so I could not recover it from a back up. Is there any other way I can recover this ?

Thank you for taking the time to reply, unfortunately this method hasn’t worked for me.

If you have a recent backup you can unpair your watch then repair and restore the watch from this backup.
