hello have a great day to everyone. can someone help me to solve my problem, my iphone 8 plus is 4 year old now, all of sudden yesterday without changing my lock code. after many trying now my phone is disabled. and my big problems is also i cant remember the password of the email address thats linked to my apple ID.

Apple ID - Password/Security Questions verification e-mail not received.
If it is a 3rd party email address, go to the email provider's web site, and look for a reset password option when you try to log in.
If it is an Apple email address, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
