The letter O is not working on my keyboard and due to this I am unable to enter my password to unlock the computer. Can you help me?

It this the Only key not functioning ? It may required having the unit Evaluated by Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider nearest your location.

As temporary solution attach a USB Keyboard

As suggested on temporary basis - USB Keyboard.

Just until the computer is fixed also as suggested.

yes that is the only key that doesn't work and unfortunately I can't even unlock the laptop because of it.
