My account has been disabled in apple and itunes store

Why am I getting an error message that says “your account has been disabled in the app store and itunes”?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

It is usually a problem related to payments. The only way to resolve that is to contact Apple support. See the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856
