Random confusing desktop popup: accountsd wants to use your confidential information stored in "AppleIDClientidentifier" in your keychain

25-year Apple desktop Mac user here. What the heck is this?

This totally garbled, stupid popup message randomly popped up on my desktop this morning. It's fantastic because it seems both highly important and at the same, TOTAL spam. Of course, there is no context within the message itself. The "?" on the lower left yields nothing, and several posts in Apple support forums have yielded nothing helpful at all. Also — of course — there is no option to "deny once" or "allow once."

Whoever made this popup message at Apple... honestly..... you're an idiot. This is so frustrating that Apple allows this stuff to see the light of day, and then 100+ people have questions about it documented online, and all that happens in the Apple forums is the questions/discussions get closed within a week. See this for example: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252418924?answerId=254581452022#254581452022

Any actual helpful information is appreciated. Be specific. Thanks.
