My right airpod is lost and I have the left one but it’s only the left one that makes noise when I need to find the right one

I lost my right AirPod and when I go to the find my phone app and try to find the right AirPod it only makes noise for the left which I have

"If your AirPods or AirPods Pro are separated from each other, you see only one location at a time on the map. Find the AirPod or AirPod Pro that you see on the map and put it in its case. Then refresh the map and find the other one."
