Hello Alexhm_,

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We understand that an error occurs when playing music in your library on your iOS device, and we'd like to help.

For this issue, we suggest taking steps 1-3 here: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open. Oftentimes, closing then reopening the app, restarting your iPhone, and checking for updates can help.

From there, try playing both downloaded and streamed music to help identify a connectivity issue. If this happens with streamed content, we suggest connecting to Wi-Fi, then try playing your music again. Likewise, if this is with downloaded content, remove the songs or album, then download it again from Apple Music.

We also suggest testing the issue with and without headphones (both wired and wireless). This step works to isolate a hardware issue.

If this concern still isn't resolved after taking each of these steps, we recommend that you contact Apple Support directly. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here:
