Voicemail
Am I the only one who gets voice mail with out call notifications? Can any one help me with this?

You mean some calls go straight to voicemail, they never ring?
Are they callers not in your contacts? If so see if Silence Unknown Callers is on. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207099
Otherwise also check Do Not Disturb settings. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204321
