What do I do before I sell my iPhone?

I have already factory reset it and removed my sim card.

The issues that are worrying me are:

can I sell my iPhone if it is carrier locked without the original sim card?
What are the Wi-Fi addresses and Bluetooth numbers in the phone? Do I need to do something with them before selling?
What are the IMEI and MEID numbers? What do I need to do with them to sell?
What is the SEID number? What do I need to do with it to sell?

Yes but you should state the fact it is carrier locked but do not include the SIM.

They are identification numbers for the device, you can't do anything with them.
