You have excellent Battery Health! It varies by usage. You need not worry untilit reaches 80%, at which time you will need to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for a battery replacement. Check these links...

Unless your friend has exactly the same apps on their phone, exactly the same settings, the same carrier, the same WiFi networks and is using their phone at the exact same times and in exactly the same places as you, it's not possible to make a valid comparison.

Your battery is fine. There is no reason to even look at Battery Health unless 1) your phone isn't working properly or 2) your warranty is getting close to expiring.

There is nothing magical about stopping at 40%. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am also at 97% health and It is approximately the same age as yours. I got it on the release date. I don't pay any attention to stopping at 40% or anything, I use the phone and charge it overnight so it can back up. In other words normally. A battery is a consumable, it works by chemical reactions. It's ability to hold a charge will go down over time.

The only reason I knew my iPhone was at 97% was to check it against your phone. It is the first time I've looked at it in months. So stop looking at yours and just enjoy your iPhone.

You can let it drop below 40%. There's nothing magic about that number. Just don't let it drop to zero. When the battery warning at 20% goes off, plug your phone in.

and still its reducing why this happening plz help

It's happening because batteries are consumable and will keep losing capacity. There is NOTHING you can do to stop that. Even if you turned the phone off and never used it, the battery would eventually lose capacity, just much more slowly.

can i replace my battery by apple

No. Apple considers the battery fit for use until it drops below 80%.
