Have you tried doing a factory reset on the phone?
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

I have been going to my provider for issues I have been having with the phone. The collars not being able to hear me at times did call has been dropped, now I’m having technical difficulties such as not receive a text and a timely fashion not being able to send a text that has more than two pictures attached. I went to the Apple store in Las Vegas Nevada one that was out there they didn’t find anything wrong I’ve been the Best Buy they couldn’t find anything wrong as well as I have also been to Sprint and they didn’t find anything wrong something is going on with this phone and it’s been going on since February of this year. At this point I am axing to come in so that the phone can be replaced it’s obviously something going on that is be on the test that you guys are running
