removing a deleted apple id
My ex-fiance deleted my apple id. Now my password wont unlock or access my account. How do remove the id from my phone? Can I recreate a new Id for my phone?

You will need to acquire a purchase receipt showing the serial number or IMEI and photo ID and a discussion directly with Apple, as there’s no other means around a deleted Apple ID associated with Activation Lock. Apple might be inclined to allow other evidence of ownership here such as a police report containing information about the alleged deletion activities here as an alternative, though that’s entirely at the discretion of Apple.
