I have Paramount plus thru Amazon Prime, but the app on Apple tv does not link toParamount plus
the link of instructions is not helpful.
i dont have a Paramount+ account, I ONLY have an Amazon Prime account

When you have Paramount+ through Amazon Prime Video, then you have to use the Amazon Prime Video app to watch it.
Additionally, you may verify your Paramount+ subscription with Paramount+, and then they’ll create a separate Paramount+ account for you, to be used in the separate Paramount+ app (or on the web).
You can’t use the Paramount+ Channel in the Apple TV app with this subscription, though. As that only works when the subscription is started inside the Apple TV app.
