iPhone says disabled

My iPhone says disabled connect to itunes. We did connect to itunes and it didn't fix anything.

You need to follow the directions in this link to erase your iPhone using your computer with iTunes --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
