Hellow i would like to ask for some help.My apple id is locked and to
unlock it i had to enter my trusted phone number, but i don't remember
it and i am not sure is it still valid.What should i do, please help.
i know my password , email , security questions
but this apple keep asking the number to unlock it

Various sections contain information that is key to you being able to set up and use a different telephone to get a verification code you can use. Failing that you can ask for account recovery.
