Unable to view Parent Zone app, was working last week!

Hi, what do I need to alter on iPhone XR to use ParentZone app which has been working until this week, all I get is a blank white screen. I have deleted and then downloaded app afresh but same problem. Any clues as to what this might be, is it to do with latest software update?

Black screen when i open an app The problem is that when i open any app the screen gets black after that i clicl the power button and redo it then the screen back normal but if i open the iphone again the same deal happens .. why is that ?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

It sounds like you are having issues with the ParentZone app since updating to iOS 14.6 on your iPhone XR.

Have you checked to see if there is an update to the app since reinstalling it?

If so, and the app is still not responsive, you may need to reach out to the developer for help with this.
