Account disabled

I’m having an issue of my Apple ID being disabled on the App Store and iTunes Store. What can I do to correct this cos I need to update my apps

Apple ID account disabled in App Store Hi! There was a problem with my account. Today I made to download some apps and made an update for some. It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link won't work in your country, use this form.
