I have a number of contacts that share the same address, landline and a joint email. They will also have their own email, birthday and mobile number. Is there a way of linking them so they share the joint contact page but will retain their own individual contacts pages?

We understand from your post that you want contacts that share some information to be linked together but still retain their own contact.
