Hello,

First confirm you have canceled any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):

Review the information in this support article by clicking on the link to learn "How to cancel a subscription from Apple." - https://support.apple.com/HT202039

• "If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."

• An existing subscription will normally continue until the end of its term and may then renew automatically. Stopping automatic renewal is effectively canceling it. "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.

• Read the link to see what to do about subscriptions that do not appear in your list.

• Canceling a subscription does not automatically start a refund. If you want to do that:

Click on this link to "Report A Problem" and ask for a refund. --> https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6

"If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed", click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT212052

If you still can't find a subscription, contact Apple Support using the link at the end of the support article.

If Report A Problem does not work for a subscription refund you may have to make a special request. Click here --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF51002&category_id=SC0060&symptom_id=23330

This is not official customer support. This is Apple's user-to-user forum and responses come from other users like you. I am just being pragmatic. Realize you omitted some critical information such as to which year June 12 are you referring and it struck me as odd you would expect a refund for a subscription which ended 3 days ago and you had received full service right up to the end. However, only Apple can decide about refunds; I was just being pragmatic. Apple would likely have provided similar information as I did in my first post, just bundled it more it with talk about how they realize being able to request a refund is important to you, etc., etc. and after providing the link about requesting refunds to tell you to Contact - Official Apple Support with any questions.

If you wish to speak to Apple by phone click here --> hhttps://support.apple.com/HT201232 to see a list of Apple phone numbers around the world.

June 12th was several days ago. I kind of doubt you'll get a refund now. Or do you mean next year?

Read everything I posted earlier, including about how long subscriptions run. Also read the part about how to ask for a refund. You need to ask for a refund as a separate step. If it is granted then they will likely stop the ESPN feed.

Thanks for the doubt. I don’t understand why you’d doubt they’d give me my money back. I had no clue I was buying another subscription, when I already have one. And why would I want a refund in a year for something I just noticed happed from 3days ago. I read what you said submitted my refund report just for the subscription not the paper view. Learn to be more supportive whether you were being realistic and not. This is customer support right? It already sucks I cant speak so some one on the phone instead of waiting on a message reply. Anyway im Waiting up to 48 hours for a refund response. Hopefully something happens.
