How to add more than Gregorian/Buddhist/Japanese calendars to iOS?

I saw a post (link below) with a screenshot of someone having added a “PERSIAN_CALENDAR” to their iPhone default. I cannot seem to find any calendar options other than the Gregorian, Buddhist and Japanese in one calendar setting and under “alternative Calendars I see: Chinese, Islamic and Hebrew.

How can I get Persian calendar integrated with my default iOS calendar? Obviously there are third party apps but can I integrate one with the default so I see/use the two calendars simultaneously on the calendar app on the iPhone/Mac?

Someone else has done it (screenshot below) but how?

You must add a language to your phone for a region where the calendar is used.

Check the App Store for Persian Calendar, perhaps that is how it can be added.

I have Persian installed in my languages, and even changed the region to Iran to see if it changes things. No new calendar option other than Gregorian/Japanese/Buddhist showed up.

I did that, didn't find any app that would integrate with apple like the one in the picture. All third party apps which require you to use that app separately, not directly in the ios calendar.

If you are in Iran, you may have difficulty with this since Apple has no business presence there.
